KPMG LLP, one of the Big Four accounting and professional services provider, has agreed to buy health-care consulting firm Beacon Partners Inc, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Beacon Partners, based in Weymouth, Massachusetts, has annual revenues of over $60 million. The firm provides management consulting services to hospitals, physician groups and other health-care providers.
