Good Technology and VMware Inc. (VMW) announced they have entered into an agreement that resolves all pending litigation between the companies, including VMware's subsidiary, AirWatch LLC. The companies have agreed to a long-term patent portfolio cross-license agreement and to discuss opportunities for joint interoperability that could benefit their mutual customers.
