A portion of Travis Tritt's property caught fire recently, according to TMZ.

TMZ reports that Tritt's mother-in-law called 911 after returning from the grocery store to a fire in the backyard of his Georgia house.

Though Tritt was at home, he was inside and had no idea about the fire; once he was alerted, the website reports that he used a hose to keep the flames from spreading until firefighters arrived.

"Fire destroyed the kids' playground at my house today," Tritt writes on Facebook. "Thanking God that nobody was hurt and [that there was] no other major damage. Also, thank you to all of you that have expressed concern."

Tritt shared a photo showing the charred play area, a burned-out trampoline and two firetrucks.

No one was hurt and no foul play is suspected. TMZ says that the fire is suspected to be related to the hot temperatures.
