Oshkosh Corp. (OSK) announced after the close Tuesday that it was awarded a $6.7 billion contract by the U.S. Army to manufacture the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle.
Oshkosh gapped open higher Wednesday, but was range-bound throughout the session. The stock closed up by 2.59 at $41.11 on the highest volume of the year. Oshkosh rose to a 1-month high and re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
