Sam Smith has released a snippet of "Writing's on the Wall," the cut he recorded for the latest James Bond film Spectre.
Smith posted the teaser to Twitter, writing, "4 days!! Thanks to everyone pre-ordering, can't wait for you to hear 'Writing's On The Wall.'"
Speaking on BBC Radio 1, Smith called the opportunity to record the theme a "highlight" of his career.
"This is one of the highlights of my career. I am so excited to be a part of this iconic British legacy and join an incredible line-up of some of my biggest musical inspirations."
In a previous interview, Smith revealed that he had to keep the recording a "secret for a year."
"I just lied, I don't think I lied very well," he said.
"Writing's on the Wall" debuts via iTunes on Friday, September 25.
