Columbia Records is prepping the release of two live Johnny Cash concerts for the winter. Man in Black: Live in Denmark lands on December 4, while Koncert V Praze (In Prague - Live), recorded in 1978, lands on February 5.
The Live in Denmark set features such Cash classics as "A Boy Named Sue," "Sunday Morning Coming Down," "I Walk the Line" and "Folsom Prison Blues." The set was first made available on DVD in 2006.
Koncert V Praze, meanwhile, was organized by the Czechoslovakian government to see the response of those living inside the Soviet Bloc to an American recording artist.
According to a presser, the appearance "did more for U.S.-Czech relations in four concerts than [the U.S. Ambassador at the time] could have accomplished in four years." Cash played four shows before a total of 40,000 people.
Koncert V Praze was previously available on the 2012 box set Johnny Cash: The Complete Columbia Album Collection.
