Singapore Home Prices Fall For 9th Quarter

Singapore home prices declined for the ninth consecutive quarter in three months to December, flash data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority showed Monday.

Home prices decreased 0.5 percent sequentially in the fourth quarter, but slower than the 1.3 percent drop seen a quarter ago.

For the whole of 2015, prices have fallen by 3.7 percent, compared with the 4 percent drop in 2014.
