The boards of Yokogawa Electric Corp., and KBC Advanced Technologies plc announced they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended all cash acquisition by Yokogawa of the entire issued and to be issued share capital of KBC. KBC shareholders will be entitled to receive 210 pence in cash for each KBC Share. The acquisition is valued at approximately 180.3 million pounds.
The KBC Directors have unanimously withdrawn their recommendation of the AspenTech Proposal.
