Dollar Rises Vs Most Majors Ahead Of U.S. Durable Goods Orders, Jobless Claims

The U.S. durable goods orders for October and weekly jobless claims for the week ended November 19 are due at 8:30 am ET Wednesday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback dropped against the pound, it advanced against the rest of major counterparts.

The greenback was worth 1.0595 against the euro, 1.0127 against the Swiss franc, 1.2414 against the pound and 111.54 against the yen as of 8:25 am ET.
