Greece and its lenders made significant progress in talks on Tuesday, European Council President Donald Tusk said Wednesday, expressing hope that a bailout review would be concluded soon.
"I hope that you will be able to find an agreement on Friday in the Eurogroup," Tusk said after a meeting with the Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in Athens.
"And I want to underline that the responsibility for achieving this agreement is shared among all the participants of this process."
