Jack White, the former White Stripes frontman, paid a tribute to Pearl Jam by performing a cover of the band's hit track "Daughter."

During a recent tour stop at Seattle's WaMu Theater, White responded to Pearl Jam's recent cover of the White Stripes "We're Going To Be Friends" with a rendition of the band's 1993 single from the album Vs.

Last week, at a Pearl Jam show in their hometown of Seattle, Eddie Vedder paid tribute to the White Stripes, with a cover of Jack White's song "We're Going To Be Friends," off the 2001 album White Blood Cells.

White also made headlines earlier this week, when he announced plans to expand his "Boarding House Reach" world tour with an additional leg across Canada.
