US-based luxury automobile retailer Post Oak Motor Cars is now accepting payments for luxury carriages in cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and bitcoin cash. This is applicable for buyers of Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Bugatti from the dealerships in America.

Buyers of these luxury cars from Post Oak Motor Cars will now be able to purchase against bitcoin and bitcoin cash payments from anywhere in the world through bitcoin payment processor BitPay.

The dealership owned by hospitality mogul Tilman Fertitta claims to be the first Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Bugatti dealership in America to accept bitcoin and bitcoin cash for payments.

Fertitta says this partnership with BitPay will enable his customers from around the world to purchase these vehicles faster and easier.

BitPay noted that people prefer to make larger purchases with bitcoin since it is a simple way to make payments.

Bitcoin and blockchain payment processor BitPay was recently granted a BitLicense by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS).

It is the license of virtual currency activities that allows the company to facilitate payment in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash for purchases from users globally, and New Yorkers to make purchases in these currrencies.

BitPay became the first blockchain payment processor and the first non-exchange to secure a virtual currency license from the NYDFS.
