The Taiwan stock market on Wednesday wrote a finish to the two-day losing streak win which it had surrendered more than 100 points or 0.9 percent. The Taiwan Stock Exchange now rests just above the 10,855-point plateau although it may spin its wheel on Thursday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets suggests slim gains, thanks mainly to a spike in crude oil prices. The European and U.S. markets were mostly higher and the Asian bourses are tipped to open in similar fashion.
