The organizers announced Friday that the J. Cole event, originally scheduled for September 15 in Raleigh, North Carolina, will now take place on April 6 at Dorothea Dix Park.

"We are proud to say that Dreamville Fest this spring will also serve as a benefit to hurricane victims in the Carolinas," according to an official statement by Dreamville Fest on Twitter.

"We hope that fans in North Carolina and across the world will not only join in celebrating the very first Dreamville Festival, but also the resilience of this amazing community," the statement added.

"Fans who purchased tickets for the previous date of 9/15/18 will have the option to keep their existing tickets which will be honored for the new date, or to request a full refund by 10/5/18."
