Publicis Groupe (PGPEF.PK,PUBGY.PK) reported that its third-quarter net revenue was 2.197 billion euros, up 0.5 percent from 2.185 billion euros in the year-ago period.

Growth at constant exchange rates was 1.3 percent. Organic growth was also 1.3 percent in the quarter. Excluding Public Health Services, organic growth was 0.8 percent.

At September 30, 2018, Publicis Groupe's year-to-date revenue stood at 6.48 billion euros, down 5.4 percent from 6.85 billion euros a year ago. Organic growth stood at 0.2 percent at September 30, 2018, while growth at constant currency was 0.1 percent.

Looking ahead to fiscal 2018, Publicis Groupe said it is on track to deliver its 2018 objectives on growth, operating margin rate improvement and headline diluted earnings per share growth at constant currency.

In the longer term, Publicis Groupe intends to deliver greater value to shareholders by accelerating the growth of its headline diluted earnings per share over 2018 to 2020, using three levers: accelerated organic growth, improved margins, bolt-on acquisitions.

The objective is to accelerate organic growth in 2018 to 2020 with the ambition of achieving +4 percent by 2020. Publicis Groupe is also aiming to increase its operating margin rate by 30 to 50 basis points a year through to 2020.

Publicis Groupe is targeting 5 percent to 10 percent annual growth of its headline diluted earnings per share, ramping up over the next three years, at constant exchange rates, through continuous enhancement of its organic growth, improved margins and contribution of acquisitions to earnings.
