Global Payments Inc. (GPN) on Tuesday raised its adjusted earnings guidance for fiscal 2018 to a range of $5.12 to $5.22 per share from the prior forecast range of $5.05 to $5.20 per share.
The company also now projects full-year adjusted net revenue plus network fees in a range of $3.96 billion to $3.98 billion, up from the previous forecast range of between $3.90 billion and $3.975 billion.
On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $5.14 per share on revenues of $3.95 billion for the year. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Further, Global Payments' Board of Directors approved a dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on December 28, 2018 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2018.
