Nielsen Music rates Drake's Scorpion as the most popular album of 2018.

During Nielsen Music's 2018 tracking year, spanning December 29, 2017 through January 3, 2019, Scorpion earned 3.905 million equivalent album units, including 330,000 from album sales.

Scorpion is also the most-streamed album of the past year.

This is the second time that an album by the Canadian rapper is taking home the honor. The first one was Views, released in 2016.

The second most popular album in Nielsen Music's list is Post Malone's Beerbongs & Bentleys with 3.251 million units.

His debut studio album Stoney also found a place among Top 10.

The soundtrack from The Greatest Showman, Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy, and Travis Scott's Astroworld were the other top albums of 2018 in the United States.
