Kelly Services Inc. (KELYA) announced fourth quarter earnings from continuing operations of $0.05 per share Friday morning, which topped the consensus estimate of a loss of $0.23 per share. Kelly Services Inc. spiked to the upside in early trade Friday and extended its gains in the final hour of the afternoon. Shares finished up by $2.64 at $15.89 on above average volume. The stock rose above a 2 1/2 week range and set a new high for the year.
