Insmed Inc. (INSM) announced Friday morning that the FDA has lifted the clinical hold on ARIKACE, in patients with non-tuberculous mycobacteria lung disease. The company continues to discuss the clinical hold placed on ARIKACE with the FDA in Cystic Fibrosis patients with Pseudomonas lung infections.
Insmed Inc. gapped open higher Friday and spiked to the upside in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed higher by 1.21 at $5.01, with volume at nearly a 7-month high. Insmed closed challenging resistance, trading at a 3 1/2 month high.
