Reliance Steel & Aluminum (RS) gapped up at the open Tuesday and climbed steadily until around mid-afternoon. The stock finished higher by $4.15 at $42.77 on above average volume. Reliance Steel & Aluminum rose above a week and a half long range Tuesday and closed at over an 8-month high.
