American Capital Agency (AGNC) gapped up slightly Thursday and climbed until the middle of the morning. The stock took out the session highs going into the close and finished up by $1.10 at $23.61.

American Capital Agency has been rising for nearly 2 weeks and closed Thursday at its third consecutive new high for the year.
