(BMY), as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 2012. The company said Shlomo Yanai plans to retire from the company to move on to a new phase in his career.
Trading in shares of Radvision Ltd. (RVSN) was halted. The company provided improved fourth quarter outlook. The company said that the revised guidance mainly reflects record sales of its video endpoints as well as stronger than expected infrastructure sales, which contributed to higher than anticipated revenues in the company's Video Business Unit.
