(RTTNews) -
Eminem's younger brother was sentenced for his second DUI in Michigan last week.
The 23-year-old
Nathan Mathers received 100 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine. Also, he can't operate a vehicle for 3 months and must wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet.
In April, Mathers was pulled over for failing to yield for an ambulance. During the stop, the rapper, who is also known as Nate Kane, showed a blood alcohol level of 0.16 - twice the legal limit in Michigan.
Mathers, who has lived with Eminem since he was 16, agreed last month to plead guilty to the DUI. His arrest took place just 15 days after his first conviction for drunken driving.
