Meridian Petroleum Plc (MRP.L) announced its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2009, reporting loss from continuing operations of US$1.72 million or 10.7 cents per share, compared to a profit of US$1.01 million or 5.9 cents per share last year.
Pre-tax loss was US$1.84 million, compared to a pre-tax profit of US$1.32 million in the previous year.
Revenue declined to US$3.06 million from US$8.75 million a year ago.
