DISH Network Corp. (DISH) today announced that its subsidiary, DISH DBS Corp., has priced an offering of $400 million of debt securities at an issue price of 101.750%. The company expects to close the offering on October 5, 2009.
The company intends to use offering net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
The company said that the debt securities will be issued as additional 7.875% Senior Notes due 2019 under an indenture, pursuant to which DISH DBS issued $1 billion of such 7.875% senior notes on August 17, 2009.
