TAM S.A. (TAM) said Friday that Commander David Barioni Neto has resigned from his position as the company's chairman.
The current Vice-President of Finance, Management and IT and Chief Executive Officer of Investor Affairs, Libano Miranda Barroso, a member of the company's Board of Directors since 2004, takes over the position temporarily.
