Cadence Design Systems, Inc. (CDNS) announced that Shanghai Huahong Integrated Circuits Company Ltd. or SHHIC, a leading Chinese fabless semiconductor company, has adopted Cadence solutions and services for the design of advanced chips.
The company said that the adoption was based on the strength of Cadence technology, including design for manufacturing or DFM, low-power and analog/RF offerings, as well as the strength of Cadence technical support services.
SHHIC, founded in 1998 is a fabless design company in the mass transportation, personal identity, e-passport, Mobile Payment, social security, information security and multimedia markets in China.
