TAM September Domestic Traffic Up 8.6% - Quick Facts

TAM S.A. (TAM) said Thursday that its domestic demand or traffic, for the month of September measured in revenue passenger kilometers or RPKs increased 8.6% year-over-year to 2.07 billion, while domestic supply or capacity, measured in available seat kilometers or ASKs increased 7.4% to 3.17 billion. Domestic load factor for September was 65.4%, up from 64.6% in September last year.

In the international market, September traffic increased 15.0% to 1.53 billion RPKs, while capacity increased 21.4% to 2.02 billion ASKs. International load factor for September was 76.1%, down from 80.4% last year.
