(RTTNews) - Xerox Corp. (XRX: News ) reported that its third-quarter net income attributable to Xerox were $123 million or $0.14 per share, compared to $258 million or $0.29 per share in the same quarter last year. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.12 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Total revenues for the quarter were $3.675 billion, down from $4.370 billion in the prior year quarter. Six analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $3.63 billion for the quarter.
