(RTTNews) - G4S Plc. (GFS.L: News ) announced that it has acquired an 83% shareholding in Control Systems Argentina S.A., a security systems engineering company in Argentina, from Daniel Padró and Hernán Fernández. Control Systems has gross assets of US$450,000.

Control Systems has more than 15 years' experience in the security systems industry and is one of the leading local specialists in building protection and automation; developing high-tech control systems to integrate security, environmental comfort and energy consumption to promote operational efficiency.

Profit Taking Likely To Contribute To Continued Weakness – RTTNews Daily Market Analysis
The major index futures are currently indicating a notably lower open for stocks on Friday, with the markets likely to see some further downside after closing lower in each of the two previous sessions. With no major economic data on tap for the day, traders have looked to corporate news, including disappointing quarterly results from Dell (DELL).
