Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) said its third-quarter 2009 net income slipped 19.6% to NT$2.56 billion or NT$0.82 per ordinary share from $3.19 billion or NT$1.02 per ordinary share in the previous year.
Earnings per ADS for the latest quarter decreased to US$0.13 from US$0.16 in the year-ago period.
Revenues for the third quarter declined 3% to NT$16.73 billion from NT$17.24 billion in the comparable period.
