Friday, White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. (WTM) said its third-quarter net income attributable to the company's shareholders was $159.6 million or $18.02 per share compared with a loss of $276.7 million or $26.19 per share in the prior year period.
Total revenues for the quarter soared to $1.20 billion from $618 million in the comparable period.
