Monday, Diebold Inc. (DBD) appointed Bradley Richardson as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 16. Richardson joins Diebold from Modine Manufacturing Co., where he was most recently executive vice president of corporate strategy and chief financial officer. Richardson has held the chief financial officer position at Modine since 2003.
Richardson has broad experience in all elements of global finance, including tax, treasury, financial control, pension management, and corporate development. Prior to joining Modine, Richardson spent more than 20 years with BP Amoco in a variety of senior financial and international operational posts.
