Felcor Lodging Posts Q3 FFO Of $6.62 Mln; Provides FY09 AdjFFO, EPS Outlook - Quick Facts

Felcor Lodging Trust Inc.'s (FCH) third-quarter Funds from operations was $6.62 million or $0.10 per share, compared with a negative FFO of $13.54 million or $0.21 per share in the year ago period.

On an adjusted basis, FFO was $8.97 million or $0.14 per share, compared with $28.75 million or $0.45 per share in the 2008 period.

Eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters estimated FFO of $0.14 per share. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.

Net loss attributable to FelCor common stockholders was $34.81 million or $0.55 per share, compared with a net loss of $51.32 million or $0.83 per share in the third quarter of 2008.

Total revenues declined to $230.21 million from $277.73 million last year. Five analysts expected revenues of $234.78 million.

For 2009, the company expects adjusted FFO in the range of $0.31 - $0.34 per share and net loss of $2.42 - $2.39 per share. Analysts expects the company to report FFO of $0.70 per share in the full year period.
