Man Group plc (EMG.L) reported six-month profit attributable to equity holders of $248 million or 13.8 cents per share, compared to $507 million or 28.8 cents per share last year.
Pre-tax profit was $302 million, lower than $622 million in the prior year period.
Revenue declined to $692 million from $1.32 billion in the same period last year.
The company maintained the interim dividend at 19.2 cents per share.
