Aer Lingus Group plc (AERL.L) said its October 2009 total traffic decreased 8.9% to 1.32 billion revenue passenger kilometers or RPKs from 1.45 billion RPKs in the prior year.
Total capacity in October slid 10.4% to 1.77 billion available seat kilometers or ASKs from 1.97 billion ASKs in the year-ago period.
Total passenger load factor for the month of October 2009 increased 1.3 points to 74.6% from 73.3% last year.
