Crosstex Energy companies, Crosstex Energy L.P. (XTEX) and Crosstex Energy Inc. (XTXI) reported earnings for the third quarter of 2009.
Crosstex Energy L.P. (XTEX) said its third-quarter net income attributable to the company was $74.19 million compared with a loss of $5.24 million in the previous year. Net income per limited partner common unit was $1.44 versus a loss of $0.24 last year. Total revenues slipped to $350.70 million from $854.98 million a year earlier.
Crosstex Energy Inc. (XTXI) said its third-quarter net income attributable to the company grew to $15.47 million or $0.33 per share from $540,000 or $0.01 per share in the prior year. Total revenues for the quarter dipped to $350.70 million from $854.98 million a year earlier.
