AT&T Inc. (T) announced a multi-million dollar contract for network integration services with Cummins Inc. (CMI). AT&T, in collaboration with EMC, will integrate Cummins' global networks with new content management, software and storage services.
AT&T stated that its integration solution will virtualize Cummins' computing infrastructure, more efficiently using hardware resources to consolidate devices, facilitate business continuity and more readily serve high-priority applications.
