Hertz Global Holdings Inc. (HTZ) said that it has appointed Scott Sider, currently president, Off-Airport Operations, as the company's senior executive leading the car rental and leasing businesses in the Americas.
Sider will succeed Joseph Nothwang, whose plans to retire on December 12, after 33 years of service.
The company's Asia/Pacific car rental and leasing businesses, which includes China, India, Australia and New Zealand, will now report to Michel Taride.
Taride is currently the company's executive vice president and president responsible for car rental and leasing in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
