Central African Mining & Exploration Company plc, or CAMEC, (CFM.L) announced the resignation with immediate effect of Philippe Edmonds from his post as chairman of CAMEC, Andrew Groves from his post as chief executive and managing director and John Anthony from his post as non-executive director of CAMEC.
Following a board meeting of CAMEC this afternoon, the Company announced the appointment of Beat Ehrensberger, James Cochrane and Zaure Zaurbekova to the board of directors of CAMEC with immediate effect.
James Cochrane has been appointed Chairman of the board of directors of CAMEC.
