Ameristar Casinos, Inc. (ASCA) announced that it has appointed a gaming industry professional with more than 25 years of experience, Pete Savage as the new senior vice president and general manager ofAmeristar Casino Hotel's in East Chicago.
Savage has served as president and general manager of American Racing and Entertainment's two New York casinos for the past two years. Prior to joining American Racing, he served as general manager of the Riviera Black Hawk Casino in Black Hawk, Colorado, and held various leadership positions at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pete previously worked as a senior accountant and CPA.
