Concur Technologies Inc. (CNQR) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.29 after the close Tuesday, up from the $0.24 posted last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.18. The company expects to report first quarter EPS of $0.27 and full year 2010 EPS of $1.27.
The company also announced that CFO John Adair expects to retire from his position during fiscal 2010.
Concur Technologies traded in a range for the majority of Tuesday's session and closed up by 0.16 at $41.08. The stock has been gaining ground for the last 2 weeks and set a new high for the year. Shares are now down 2.58 on 10K shares.
