Terra Industries Inc. (TRA) urged its stockholders to re-elect three of its director nominees to its board.
In a statement to its shareholders, the company said, "Despite six tries over ten months, CF has failed to make a proposal to Terra that appropriately values Terra's robust near- and long-term prospects and the significant upside value in Terra's strategy."
The company has nominated Martha Hesse, Dennis McGlone and Chairman, Henry Slack to its board.
