News ) announced early Thursday afternoon that it received a proposed draft complaint from the FTC seeking permanent injunctive relief, disgorgement of proceeds and other relief, including costs, relating to the company's Identity Theft Shield and Affirmative Defense Response System Program.
Pre-Paid Legal Services dropped sharply following the announcement and finished down by $7.86 at $33.27 on the highest volume of the year. The stock dropped below a 5-week range and set a 6 1/2 month low.
