Billy Currington and the Zac Brown Band have both confirmed that they will perform live on Larry the Cable Guy's Hula-Palooza Christmas Luau tonight.
The special will feature a holiday-flavored version of Larry's signature "Git-R-Done" style, along with many special guest appearances by such stars as Kenan Thompson, Caroline Rhea, George Lindsey, Reno Collier, Jon Reep, Peter Oldring, Sara Erikson, and MuzikMafia's Two Foot Fred. The special will at 9 PM Eastern Time on CMT.
Billy Currington's single "People Are Crazy," hit number one on the Billboard Hot Country Song chart in August, giving the singer his third number one hit. That same month, Currington sustained injuries at the Big Valley Jamboree in Camrose, Alberta, Canada, when the stage on which he was performing collapsed. His bassist was also injured and one spectator was killed in the incident.
The Zac Brown Band recently performed a cover of the Charlie Daniels staple, "The Devil Went Down To Georgia," at the CMA Awards and is currently on tour in support of their 2008 major label debut, The Foundation.
