Cavan Ventures Inc. (CVN.V) said Friday that Benjamin Wong, the company's Chief Financial Officer and also a director, has resigned effective immediately.
The company also said that it has appointed Trevor Sinclair as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Additionally, the company said Li Lu has joined its Board of Directors effective immediately.
