Freddie Mac Plans To Issue New 3-year Reference Notes Security - Quick Facts

Freddie Mac (FRE) announced that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes security, due on January 9, 2013. The issue will be priced on December 1, 2009, and will settle on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, at benchmark size.

The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Barclays Capital, Inc., Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Chase. An application will be made to list the issue on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
