Vistaprint N.V. (VPRT) announced Monday morning that it terminated its contract with an affiliate of Vertrue Inc., effective December 20, 2009. The company also reaffirmed its previously announced revenue and EPS guidance for the quarter ending December 31, 2009 and the full fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. Vistaprint gapped up at the open Monday and climbed during the middle portion of the session. The stock finished up by $3.93 at $57.03. Vistaprint broke out of a one-month range and set a new high for the year.
