The Who will release a new greatest hits album on December 21, which will be the largest single-disc "best of" collection from the U.K. band in more than a decade.

The album will include 19 songs, spanning the group's entire career from 1964 to 2006. While a track listing has not been released, it can be safely assumed that the collection will include such hits as "Won't Get Fooled Again," "Pinball Wizard" and "Who Are You."

The disc will also include an essay about the band from renowned rock writer Dave Marsh.

The Who are also scheduled to perform at the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLIV Halftime Show at Dolphin Stadium in South Florida on February 7. 151 million viewers in the U.S. watched last year's show, with the broadcast reaching 230 countries and territories.
