Both Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga performed for Queen Elizabeth II at Britain's Royal Variety Performance in Blackpool, England on Monday.
Sporting a crop top and leather hot pants, Cyrus sang "Party in the U.S.A." for the 1,000 or so guests in attendance, and later expressed her excitement over meeting Lady Gaga on her website.
"I met lady gaga!!!" she wrote repeatedly.
According to the U.K.'s Daily Mirror, Gaga's performance of her song "Speechless" had to be toned down for the occasion.
"I wanted to do the suicide scene but was told it wouldn't be appropriate," the pop star said. "I've also had to tone things down generally.
Both performances helped the Queen's Entertainment Artists Benevolent Fund, which is intended for entertainers in need of medical or financial aid.
Other performers included Bette Midler, The X Factor winner Alexandra Burke, Katherine Jenkins, Mika and Michael Bublé.
